Memberships

Instead of being locked into a long-term lease, utilities, and overhead, your membership gives you flexible access to beautiful, professionally maintained space only when you need it. You get generous monthly booking credit, easy online scheduling, supportive community, member events, and freedom to grow or adjust your plan as your practice evolves — all without the burden of managing your own office.

  • Think about how often you plan to work here each month. If you only need space occasionally, a smaller plan is perfect. If you’re seeing clients regularly or hosting recurring classes, a higher plan will support you better. And don’t worry — you’ll never be locked in. We’re happy to help you choose, and you can always adjust your membership as your practice grows.

  • Yes, absolutely. Your membership is meant to grow and shift with you. If your needs change, you can upgrade or adjust your plan at any time, and we’re always happy to help you find the level that feels like the best fit.

  • Yes! You can save 10% when you prepay for 6 months or 20% when you prepay for a full year. Many practitioners love this option for the savings and the sense of stability it brings to their practice.

  • You’re never cut off or limited. If you use up your monthly credit, you can simply keep booking at our member rates: Private Offices $36–$39/hr, Studio $49/hr, and Full Facility $99/hr. Many practitioners grow in waves, and we’re here to support you through all seasons of your work.

  • Credits don’t roll over month to month, since membership is designed to support your active practice each month. If you ever notice you’re consistently not using all of your credit, we’re happy to help you adjust to a plan that fits your current rhythm better.

  • If you’ll be away for an extended stretch, you can freeze your membership for 1–6 months, and every member gets one freeze per year. This is great for longer travel, life transitions, or seasons when you know you won’t be using the space. Short-term vacations or brief breaks aren’t eligible for freezes, but if you’re unsure, we’re always happy to talk it through with you.

Booking spaces

  • Each membership includes a set amount of monthly booking credit that you can use however you need — for private offices, the studio, or even the full facility. You simply book your space online, and the cost is deducted from your credit. If you ever use it up, you can keep booking at our member rates. It’s flexible, simple, and designed to support the real rhythm of your work.

  • Yes, completely. You can book exactly what you need, whether it’s a quick session or a full day. Reservations are available in flexible 15-minute increments, so you’re never paying for extra time you don’t use. And if you book longer blocks, you actually save more — 4+ hours receive 5% off and 8+ hours receive 10% off. It’s designed to support whatever rhythm your work needs.

  • Yes, please. When you schedule your event or session, be sure to add the time you’ll need for arriving, setting up, and cleaning up afterward so the space is fully yours for the entire experience. This helps you feel relaxed and unhurried, and ensures the next member has a beautiful space waiting for them too.

  • Life happens — clients get sick, weather shifts, plans change. Your booking credit isn’t deducted until the time of your reservation, which means you can cancel or reschedule anytime before your booking starts with nothing lost. We want this to feel flexible and stress-free, not punitive.

  • No booking is needed to drop in and cowork on weekdays from 5am–6pm. If you’d like to come in during evenings (6–10pm) or weekends, we just ask that you make a quick reservation online to be sure you won’t overlap with a full-facility event. This helps protect your quiet working time while keeping the space welcoming and easy to use.

  • Very rarely. From time to time we host special events that may limit access to certain areas, but these typically happen in the evenings or on weekends and are scheduled in advance. We always keep members informed so nothing is a surprise, and weekday access during the day remains reliably available for your work.

  • Yes! If you want consistency, we can set a standing weekly schedule in your preferred office with a 6- or 12-month commitment. During your reserved times, that office is blocked so no one else can book it. Outside of those times, it will still be shared, so personal items can’t be stored in the room. Many practitioners who start with a dedicated schedule eventually choose to return to flexible booking, because they love having access to different rooms for different types of work — but the choice is always yours.

  • That works beautifully. Your membership credits can be used however you need, including the studio or the full facility for classes, workshops, and gatherings. Many of our members are facilitators or teachers, and the flexibility of our credit system makes it easy to build your events here without being tied to an office you don’t need.

  • You don’t need permission to bring your work to life here — simply book the space you want, making sure to include your setup and cleanup time, and you’re good to go. Once it’s scheduled, you can send us your event details and we’ll happily add it to our online calendar and weekly newsletter so the community can find it. It’s meant to feel simple, supportive, and empowering.

  • Yes! We love supporting your work. Members can submit their offerings to be included in our online event calendar and weekly newsletter, so your classes and gatherings can reach our wider community.

  • You’ll sell tickets directly through your own booking or payment system, so you keep full control of your registrations, pricing, and communication with attendees. If needed, we’re happy to point you toward great platforms our members love using.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

  • The best way is simply to show up and be part of things. Come to community events, connect with other members, and let yourself belong here. We host a mix of gatherings for connection, learning, and fun — just keep an eye on the calendar and join in whenever you can.

  • In addition to our upcoming events newsletter, we send out weekly email updates exclusively to members with news and announcements, so you always know what’s going on. You can also check the event calendar anytime to see what’s coming up.

  • Rising Tide is our member-led offering series where you can share your skills, passions, and healing gifts with the community. Members attend to receive nourishment and care, and the general public can purchase tickets too. It’s a beautiful way to contribute, be seen, and connect more deeply.

  • Absolutely. You’re welcome to add materials to the community bulletin board in the kitchen, and you can also post in the member discussion board in the portal. This is a place where we genuinely want to celebrate and support one another.

  • Yes! If you’d like to bless fellow members with a special rate or perk, let us know and we’ll add it to the Member Perks section in the portal. It’s a wonderful way to give back to the community and invite others into your work.

Clients & Guests

  • Yes! You’re welcome to invite guests to join you in the lounge. If someone wants to come on a regular basis, we ask that they join the society as well. We want the space to feel welcoming while also honoring the value of membership for our community.

  • You do. You maintain full control over your client scheduling, pricing, communication, and payment systems. Your membership simply gives you a beautiful, professional space to bring your work to life.

  • You can greet your clients at the door, or, if you prefer, you can request a unique door code to share so they can let themselves in when they arrive. Either way, the process is simple, professional, and designed to make arrivals feel smooth and stress-free.

  • Yes, absolutely. Clients are welcome to enjoy tea, specialty waters, or coffee while they wait. It’s part of the hospitality and warmth we love offering together as a community.
